Gat-Toothed

The dental world is amazed
At the wonders of the teeth,
And the greatest among the wondered
Is the life of the human beings
With a magical gap
Between their two front teeth!
Their dental potentials are fair enough
To build the next national highway,
And the construction takes place
With utmost ease,
Without much bulldozing.
Their labiodentals are half pronounced
And there's a whistling tempest moving out
When they struggle to destroy the fricatives.
A linguist's nightmare!
They are hardly trusted by fellow citizens
Who find refuge behind the city walls,
For these beings have the widest gates
To admit an entire army of enemies.
When they binge on a piece of watermelon
Or taste a sandwich with a stylish bite,
You could see that miracle,
That pointed curve of universal wonder,
In the middle of their dental seal
On those bitten bodies.
When they breathe in with a smile,
Posing for a lethargic camera
There's an inward-narrowed airflow of coolness,
That's more than enough
To bring down the monsoon rains,
And refresh their lives.
The great mint effect!
But these gat-toothed aristocrats
Are cherished by their own kinsman,
For it is believed in the oriental caves of mystery
That long-lasting wealth flows in
Through these valleys of abundance.
Not just a dental wonder,
Or the family's treasure,
But a rare species of the Kingdom Animalia
That doesn't forget to smile
With its ever-widening treasure;
The front teeth with a magical gap within.
